Q. How can i order a watch?
A. To order a watch you can go to our shop page. When you found a product you like, click on “add to cart”. To complete your order, please click on “view cart” and follow the instructions.
Q. How long do i have to wait on my order?
A. Depending on your location, the order should arrive between 2 and 14 days
Q. I am not happy with the watch. Can i return it?
A. We hope everybody likes our products but if thats not the case, we accept returns up till 30 days if the products are not used. We would like you to send us an email on info@saelwatches.com with your request and send the products back to us. We will review the product. If the return is accepted, we will refund you within 7days.
Q. The product is defect, what now?
A. If the watch will be defect, we would like you to send us an email on info@saelwatches.com with the information of the defect. We will review your request and will inform you about the next steps. We will only replace the products if the product is defect which is not caust by the buyer.
